Hope Garner has been in the make-up biz for 10 plus years, with most of her experience in Orange County. She has worked as a freelance make-up artist, hired by a worldwide cosmetic company who has flown her all over the nation for various fashion events. Hope has also been hired by various modeling agencies and fashion designers for photo-shoots and/or fashion shows. She is mostly known for her classic interpretation of modern make-up. Hope frequently states that she wants the make-up to appear "...stylish, but not too trendy." Her expertise is always well received.

Katie and Sidney were so excited to get their makeup done for their Preference dance.
ReplyDeleteThey both wanted a romantic look, however Katie chose to wear some lashes as well.
Their makeup showed off their beautiful eyes and lips!
